RETURN POLICY
We accept returns only in cases where you have received an incorrect or damaged/defective product. If you wish to return an item, please raise a request within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

No Return/ Exchange will be accepted if the seal is broken
We do not entertain any returns for size issues.
To initiate a return, please go to the Customer Service section on the Pspeaches website. Click on Return Orders, fill out the necessary details, and create a return request. You can also contact our Customer Care team via email at customercare@pspeaches.com or WhatsApp at 9990919214.
A shipping charge of ₹200 will apply for returns across India, while for Delhi NCR, the charge will be ₹150. This covers the cost of quality checks, packaging, and both pick-up and return shipping.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-12 working days after we receive and complete the quality check (QC) of the returned item. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred directly to your bank account.
Please note that we do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made products, sale or discounted items, accessories, undergarments, or grooming products. Any item that does not meet our return conditions will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are available only for size issues or quality concerns. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you must raise a request within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and replaced with the correct size. If the required size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
